Embossing working process:

1, The embossing roller should be heated to a required temperature before working, and it should be keep around the required temperature in working, below shows the roller speed control system, roller up and down control system, and temperature control system for the embossing roller, we use OMRON brand.

2, The lower embossing roller can be adjusted up and down to adjust the space of two rollers according to the thickness of the WPC product.
