 Application:  plastic profiles extrusion line is specializing in producing PVC plastic profiles 

including doors and windows profiles, decorative plates, tiny foaming profiles and decorative plates

 Control system: Schneider low voltage electric capplicant, OMRON intelligent temperature controller.  Siemens speed frequency regulator

A. double Screw extruder: equipped with automatic loader and gear box

 B. Mould; we will supply the mould according to your need.

  If your product is big, we suggest one mould produce one piece

  If your product is small, we suggest two moulds produce two pieces at  the same time.

C. Vacuum sizing platform: to make the fixed size and shape you need via vacuum sizing mould suck

 vacuum.

D. Water cooling tank: 6000mm length stainless steel tank 

E. Haulf off machine: 2 or 4 caterpillars. With pneumatic fasten adjustment function

F. Cutting machine: cut the size you need
